The PTA-UK membership year runs from 1 January to the 31 December. Active PTA-UK members (which pay by cheque) have now received their invitation to renew their membership. This important document was sent to the school address marked for the attention of the Association's Treasurer, so check with the school office to see if yours has arrived. If you have a Direct Debit set up, your renewal notice should also be with you, and your payment will be automatically taken during the first week of January 2012. 

If you haven't yet renewed your PTA-UK membership, please act swiftly as linked to your annual subscription fee is your association's public liability insurance which provides cover for all your PTA events and activities. Your association is not covered until your membership is renewed. If you've not yet renewed then not only will your membership lapse your insurance cover will lapse too and access to all benefits will be on hold including your new online file storage facility. Here's what you need to do:

1. Print the renewal form below,  complete accurately providing us with details of your key contact, including a personal email and a home address. In our experience correspondence from us is more likely to get to you if we have a personal email and a home address. Or you can update this information via your PTA Plus account.
2. If you pay by cheque, please consider switching to Direct Debit (please print the mandate below). Not only will this save you £10 on the 2012 fees, you'll have peace of mind knowing that in future years your PTA-UK membership and insurance cover is continuous.
