    The Charity Commission for England and Wales will soon be writing to any charity trustees with an individual voluntary arrangement (IVA) to tell them that they do not qualify to hold a trustee position and to ask them to step down with immediate effect.  PTA-UK has learned that this includes a number of PTA committee members.
