
How do I register my PTA?
To register your PTA, you need to nominate one committee member
to be your Cause Administrator. This is the person who'll activate
your easyfundraising.org.uk account, keep your details up to date
and access the promotional materials for your school. Your account
is all set up and ready to go. To activate your account your Cause
Administrator needs to click on the link below and fill in the
details on the registration page. Then, as soon as you're set up,
your supporters can register, search for your PTA and start raising

What if my PTA is already using
easyfundraising.org.uk?
Just click on the link below, fill in the details on the
registration page and your current easyfundraising.org.uk account
will be upgraded. Your easyfundraising.org.uk account will work
just the same as before but you'll now have access to promotional
materials and get more support from us to help you raise more for
your school. Please note, you'll need the Cause Administrator who
registered your original easyfundraising account to fill in the new
registration page.

What if my PTA is already using easyfundraising.org.uk
but we need to change the Cause Administrator and we don't know the
account details?
If your PTA is already using easyfundraising.org.uk but you want
to change the Cause Administrator and don't have the log in and
password, click the link below and fill in the "Contact us" form.
You'll need to tell us your PTA name and that you don't have your
Cause Adminstrator's log in and password. We can then reset your
log in and password so you can access your account and upgrade.

If my PTA is already using easyfundraising.org.uk, can
anyone upgrade our account to be part of the PTA-UK
group?
Only your Cause Administrator can upgrade your account to be
part of the PTA-UK group. If you don't have your Cause
Administrator account details, click the link below and fill in the
"Contact us" form. You'll need to tell us your PTA name and that
you don't have your Cause Adminstrator's log in and password. We
can then reset your log in and password so you can access your
account and upgrade.

Can I still raise money for my PTA even though I am the
Cause Administrator?
Yes, as soon as you're set up as the Cause Administrator you can
start raising money by doing your online shopping via
easyfundraising.org.uk, in exactly the same way as your
supporters.

Do all supporters need to register?
Everyone who uses easyfundraising.org.uk needs to set-up an
individual account. Since donations are based on what an individual
buys it is important that each individual registers so we can
separate each person's donations and pay you correctly. Registration is
completely FREE and takes just a few minutes.
Does it cost to use easyfundraising.org.uk?
No, easyfundraising is completely free to use for both PTA's and
your parents and supporters.
How do I let parents and supporters know we're raising
money through easyfundraising.org.uk?
Once you've registered, you can download free posters, flyers
and newsletter copy to spread the word to parents. The run up to
Christmas is a great time to promote easyfundraising.org.uk to
parents, when they're doing their Christmas shopping online. You
can add your school name to the promotional tools and display
posters on school noticeboards, hand flyers out to parents and copy
editorial for your school newsletter.
When and how are we paid?
We split the year into four quarters and total up the donations
at the end of each one. If your cause has raised more than £15 in
the quarter, we'll make payment around 60 days after the quarter
finishes. If your cause hasn't raised £15, we'll simply carry
forward the amount you have raised to the next quarter. The
quarters are as follows:
- Q1 is from 1 January - 31 March (paid at the end
of May)
- Q2 is from 1 April - 30 June (paid at the end of
August)
- Q3 is from 1 July - 30 September (paid at the
end of November)
- Q4 is from 1 October - 31 December (paid at the
end of February)
- You can choose to be paid by BACS, JustGiving or cheque.
Choosing BACS is the quickest and easiest way to receive your
funds!
How do I claim Gift Aid?
Simply tick the Gift Aid box and complete the relevant fields.
Every quarter we will provide your cause (if they are a registered
charity) with the information they need to make a claim from
HMRC.
